I came to the wonderful world of Porcelain Art through my studies and participation in Folk Art. I started going away on the VGCP painting weekends taking my Folk Art with me or making Teddy Bears on these weekends.
There was so much encouragement from the ladies on these weekends to “have a go” so I did, and my interest and involvement in this art form has grown enormously over the past 10 years. I love the diversity of forms of China Painting, from the traditional to the modern, and there is always something new to learn.
I am very honoured to be the President of such a giving, caring and talented group of people who are always willing to share their experience and knowledge.
